Corporate Wellness

The Muncie Family YMCA is committed to helping employers promote healthy lifestyles in their employees through our newly expanded Corporate Wellness Services. Our primary focus is on preventative care and lifestyle management.

Corporate Wellness Services include:

ť Health screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol and more)
ť Wellness presentations
ť Customized programs and classes
ť Fit Zone(Y fitness center) orientations
ť Personal fitness programs
ť Employees who exercise regularly are healthier, reducing health care costs to the company.

Eligibility and Program Highlights

A company with 10 or more employees willing to join the YMCA will be eligible.
Benefits include:

In addition, the company will receive 10 hours of Wellness Presentations, which can be utilized however best benefits the employees. Among the presentations available are:

ť Weight Management
