In pursuing a healthy body, exercise and proper nutrition go hand-in-hand. However, many people struggle and/or have lots of questions in regard to proper nutrition. Therefore, in attempt to educate our members about proper nutrition we have added onto the Muncie Family YMCA website some sound nutritional information as well as a section for members to share their favorite recipes, to tell their success story, or to share a nutritional tidbit that has worked well for them. We hope you enjoy the NEW addition to our website and we encourage you to tell others about it. The more individuals that share healthy recipes or give success stories the more successful this site will be.
