Our Youth Programs

  • Swim Lessons

    All age groups are taught the same skills but divided according to their developmental milestones. We offer swim lessons for youth and parent/child lessons.

  • Indoor Youth Street Hockey

    Boys and girls will learn street hockey skills as a group in a fun and organized setting. The program will emphasize team play as well as individual skills. No previous knowledge of hockey is required to join! Open to ages 5-13.

  • volleyball

    Volleyball Skills and Drills

    This program introduces kids to the fundamentals of volleyball through fun, skill-building drills. Perfect for any skill level looking to build confidence and enjoy the game! No experience needed!

  • Homeschool P.E.

    Participants will have fun and learn team building skills while engaging in physical activity. Activities will include kickball, gaga ball, soccer, etc.

  • Teen Programming

    The YMCA is committed to nurturing the potential of every child and teen! From cradle to career, the Y empowers young people to lead inspired, successful lives!

  • Fun Fit Play!

    Ages 6-12 can sign up to have fun, learn to be fit, and play! We will play different games and activities such as kickball, soccer, and basketball, as well as have relay races, fitness stations, and so much more!

  • nerf battle

    Late Night Nerf Battle

    Players will compete in exciting glow-in-the-dark battles using glowing foam darts, glow sticks, obstacles, and team challenges throughout the gym. Members and non-members are welcome

  • Water Bash

    Summer Splash Water Bash

    From epic water balloon battles and splash-filled water gun games to a giant slip n’ slide, this event is the perfect way for families to cool off, play hard, and make unforgettable memories together.

  • Gymnastics & Dance

    This class will focus on learning direction, listening, and cooperation. We will teach basic movements and gymnastic skills using our kid friendly equipment. Activities to build strength, flexibility, and improve motor skills will be incorporated into each class.

  • Basketball

    Youth participants will learn basic basketball skills as well as scrimmage with their age group. This is a great way to gain skill and have fun! Participants will practice skills, followed by 3 on 3 scrimmaging. Ages 4-K and Grades 1-3 are welcome!

  • Workforce Development

    This program is a statewide initiative designed to expand and diversify the Y’s talent pipeline by exposing young people to careers with the YMCA.

  • Mini Movers

    Learning essential skills through fun! This program is designed for toddler to develop essential motor and developmental skills through sports!

  • Cheerleading

    Gain confidence and have fun learning basic cheer moves and chants in this beginner cheer clinic for boy and girls. Participants will have the opportunity to show off the skills they learned for friends and family on the final day of the session.

  • Sprouts Gardening image
