Personal Training (1-hour sessions)
This package is used for individual YMCA members training sessions. Packages are valid for 90 days after the first session is redeemed.

This package is used for individual non-members training sessions. Packages are valid for 90 days after the first session is redeemed.

This package is for YMCA members small group training (2-5 individuals) utilizing the same training plan. Price is listed per individual. Sessions must be used as a group.
