General Facility Rental Information
Facility rentals are open both to YMCA members and Community Participants
To ensure proper staffing, all rental agreements must be turned in a minimum of two weeks prior to rental date. Agreements turned in with less than two weeks notice will not be accepted.
Rental fees must be paid in full by two weeks before the rental date. Rentals will not be honored if payment is not received two weeks in advance.
Should any damages take place, or should the YMCA need to spend extra time cleaning up after your rental, you will be charged accordingly.
Please provide one adult chaperone per ten participants.
We do work with Not for Profit Organizations on pricing for room rentals.
After-hour rentals are available at an additional charge.
Membership guidelines/procedures must be followed.
Access for non-participants:
Non-participants, including parents will not be permitted into the facility without purchase of a guest pass OR membership.
With purchase of a guest pass, they would be eligible to use amenities of the facility.

Gymnasium Court Rentals
Available at the following locations:
If the event is youth based, must provide proof that volunteers or coaches have had background checks performed within one calendar year.
YMCA will conduct background checks for the group at their expense of $25 per background check

Birthday Party Rentals
Birthday Parties must be planned at least 2 weeks ahead of time. Parties will only be confirmed with the completion of the confirmation form and by going through Paul Cigala.
Time limit of parties are 2 ½ hours. This time will be split in the Multipurpose room and the location of the selected package. Multipurpose room will be where food, presents, and other personal belongings can be placed. It will include tables microwave, and a fridge. There is a limit of 25 people. A YMCA Party Host will be provided.
*All party times must be on Saturdays or Sundays starting at any time after 1pm.

Sports Package
YMCA Staff will lead sports games for party members.
Choose up to 3 of any of these sports to be played on the gym court: Soccer, Basketball, Wiffleball, Street Hockey, and Dodgeball

Members: $300; Non-Members: $400

Arts & Craft Package
Kids will be led in a craft project that they can take home.

Ninja Obstacle Course Package
A high energy and fun obstacle course will be built.
Location: Muncie YMCA, Studio A
Members: $350; Non-Members: $450

Nerf Package
A Nerf battlefield will be set up for a battle!
Bullets and Battlefield will be provided. Nerf Blasters must be brought by party.

Pool Party Package
Can only be reserved on a Saturday. Available time slots for reservations are 1:30pm and 4:00pm.
Includes:
- 1 hour maximum in the pool
- Limit to 20 people in the pool
- Guardians must be present in pool, Multi-Purpose room, or pool deckLocation: Muncie YMCA, Small Pool
Members: $400; Non-Members: $500
